A Healing Prayer for Those Who Have Had Involvement in Abortion Prayer Card

Heavenly Father, hear the cries of our hearts. Look with kindness and compassion upon those who have had an abortion, assisted another in some way, or performed an abortion. Heal their wounds and forgive their sins. Let the healing rays of Your Blood and Water pour forth from the Heart of Your Son upon them and fill them with Your love. Help them not to despair of Your mercy and grant them the grace to turn with trust to our Savior Jesus Christ. Heal their minds, bodies, souls, and their memories. Help them to expose the wounds of their heart to Christ in the Sacrament of Reconciliation and allow His healing mercy to reach every hurt and hidden pain. Grant them the grace to receive Your forgiveness and to forgive themselves. Transform their pain by the Cross of Jesus and the swords that pierced Mary's Heart so that it might become redemptive in Your sight. Help to open their hearts to receive Your love and mercy. Grant them an outpouring of Your Holy Spirit so that they might become witnesses to Your mercy for souls and the dignity and sacredness of human life from conception through its natural end. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
